Markie Post (born March 29, 1961) was born on March 29, 1961. She is an American actress best known as Christine Sullivan, a public defender on NBCs Night Court. Terri Michaels is a bail bondswoman in ABCs drama The Fall Guy. Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman plays the role in CBSs Hearts Afire. Alongside acting, she is also a veteran of games shows. She was raised with two sisters and her brothers in Walnut Creek, Stanford and by Richard F. Post's wife, poetess Marylee Post. Las Lomas High School is where she went to school and was involved in cheerleading. She briefly studied at Pomona College before graduating from Lewis & Clark College. Post married Stephen Knox in the past. Michael A. Ross (actor/writer) has been Post's husband since 1982. They have two daughters. She is a wonderful actress and ideal mother and wife. Post is an inspiration for many who work in Hollywood. Early credits of Post's include the pilot for the Barnaby-Jones show in 1981, Simon & Simon: Details at Eleven in 1981 season one episode 2 of The Greatest American Hero and episodes from The A-Team. In 1983 she portrayed various characters in The Only Church in Town and Hot Styles in 1984. She appeared as Diane Chambers' best friend in The ABC sitcom Cheers as well as Buck Rogers where she played the character of Diane's best friend.
